Laser engraving is precision work – but it also generates smoke, dust, and chemicals that shouldn't enter your lungs or the room. The Creality Falcon AP1 is a powerful 150W smoke extractor that captures 99.9% of contaminants before they leave the work area, protecting both the user and the surrounding area. Compatible with the Falcon A1 Pro, T1, A1C, T1C, and A1 engraving machines.
High Filtration Efficiency
With an airflow of 250 m³/h, the AP1 effectively removes smoke, dust, and volatile organic compounds, even during intensive, continuous work on acrylic, wood, or leather. A multi-layer filter system ensures maximum air purity:
• G4 pre-filter: removes 95% of coarse particles >5 µm,
• HEPA H13 filter (medical grade): captures 99.97% of ultrafine particles down to 0.3 µm,
• High-density activated carbon: 3x denser than standard – absorbs toxic gases and odors,
• V-Fold activated carbon filter: binds up to 85% of harmful vapors and 97.97% of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and acidic gases,
• An additional 1.4 kg of modified activated carbon in the V-Fold design provides 27% better odor adsorption and deep cleaning.
Air Quality Monitoring
A built-in TVOC sensor continuously measures air quality in the workplace and alerts you when pollutant levels exceed safe thresholds. A noise level of less than 62 dB allows for comfortable work without disrupting daily routines.

The AP1 connects wirelessly via IoT to the Falcon Design Space app—powering it on, off, and monitoring its status from your smartphone at any time. It supports the A1 Pro, T1, A1C, and T1C engravers in automatic mode, and the A1 model after manual configuration.
