Description
Baby Beetles theatre provides entertainment and education through the repetition of scenes in English. The stage and curtains introduce elements of anticipation and surprise, for example when mascots appear and disappear from the stage. It allows the children's attention to be focused on the stage and selected elements that the teacher wants to emphasise. The theatre can be used together with the puppets, picture cards and music from the Universal Nursery and Kindergarten Course. As a sturdy and safe piece of furniture, it can also be used to encourage bolder toddlers to repeat sentences from songs by singing them through the window. This is an ideal way of reinforcing simple content from songs (e.g. I am happy!) or learning to count.
The theatre also has practical shelves for storing mascots and other educational materials of the Baby Beetles series. Made of laminated chipboard and coloured MDF. Pockets and curtains made of cotton fabric.
