Description
The Creality Falcon A1 Pro is a Class 1 (IEC 60825-1) enclosed laser plotter equipped with a 20W diode laser and an optional 2W IR module. The device allows you to engrave and cut a wide range of materials while maintaining complete user safety. It is delivered fully assembled and requires no calibration before initial use (Zero Assembly).
Two Laser Modules
The 20W diode laser (0.08 x 0.1 mm spot) cuts and engraves wood, acrylic, leather, fabrics, painted metal, glass, stone, and paper. It easily cuts 10 mm of basswood plywood and 8 mm of black acrylic in a single pass. The optional 2W IR module (1064 nm, 0.03 mm spot) expands the device's capabilities to include precise marking of metals and plastics, unattainable with standard diode lasers.
Tool-Free Module Replacement
Changing the laser head between the 20W module and the 2W IR module is tool-free and requires no additional calibration. The plug-and-play system, based on an integrated Z-axis, eliminates the risk of assembly errors and allows for quick transitions between different job types.
AI Vision System
An 8MP HD AI camera combined with a red laser measurement system provides autofocus in under 3 seconds with an accuracy of less than 0.3 mm. It enables precise material positioning, viewing the entire work area, and batch processing—simultaneous processing of multiple parts without the need for manual adjustments.
Speed and Safety
The CoreXY drive enables engraving speeds of up to 600 mm/s within a 268 x 358 mm work area. The enclosed housing blocks laser radiation (Class 1 – safe for home use). Built-in Air Assist with three-stage control, 0.1-second fire detection, an anti-tip gyroscope, and an emergency stop button ensure user safety at all times.
