The Creality Falcon 2 Pro 40W is a sealed, FDA-certified Class 1 laser plotter that combines high cutting power with safe, everyday operation. Featuring a 40W diode laser, an included 1.6W module, and a 400 x 415 mm working area, the Falcon 2 Pro can handle both precision jewelry engraving and cutting 20 mm thick wood—all in one device, without the need for additional accessories.

The 40W diode laser (wavelength 455 ± 5 nm) cuts wood up to 20 mm thick, acrylic up to 30 mm thick, and processes leather, fabric, cardboard, rubber, and plastic. The included 1.6W module provides a second laser—designed for ultra-precise engraving of photos, jewelry, and fine graphic details, unattainable with standard diode lasers. Two tools, one machine.
FDA Class 1 Safety
A dark red, transparent cover blocks laser radiation—you can monitor your work progress without safety glasses. A triple monitoring system monitors airflow, lens cleanliness, and temperature in real time, reacting to fire hazards in a split second. A cover-opening switch, 5-way sensors, and an emergency stop button provide complete protection for both the user and the machine.
360° Camera and Batch Processing
The built-in 360° camera allows for precise material positioning and simultaneous preparation of multiple parts for processing. Batch processing significantly speeds up batch processing—you simply set up a dozen or so parts and let the machine run. A built-in air filtration system with 99.97% efficiency and a waste drawer make it easy to keep your workspace clean.
Ready Right Out of the Box
The Falcon2 Pro is shipped pre-assembled and requires no calibration before first use. The CoreXY drive provides engraving speeds of up to 600 mm/s. LightBurn, LaserGRBL, and Falcon Design Space software are available from the first launch.
