Description
The Creality CR-Scan Ferret Pro is a portable 3D scanner weighing 105g, enabling digitization of physical objects with accuracy down to 0.1mm. It supports iOS, macOS, Windows, and Android, and its Wi-Fi 6 and USB 3.0 Type-C connections ensure fast data transfer. The device does not require a scanning spray, even with black and metal objects.
Two Scanning Modes
High-Quality mode provides accuracy down to 0.1mm and a resolution of 0.16mm—designed for precise reproduction of details, jewelry, mechanical components, and faces. Fast Scan mode utilizes a dedicated ASIC for 3D data processing, enabling fast scanning of medium- to large-sized objects. Both modes operate at speeds up to 30 fps.
Shake Compensation
One-shot 3D imaging technology compensates for hand shake during scanning, eliminating artifacts and ensuring smooth results without the need for a tripod or additional stabilization.
Scanning Black and Metal Objects
The CR-Scan Ferret Pro accurately processes objects with black and metal surfaces without the need for a scanning spray. This allows for scanning automotive components, tires, polished metals, and similar materials difficult for standard 3D scanners.
Outdoor and Color Scanning
Advanced Class 1 NIR optics and image processing algorithms enable scanning in sunlight up to 30,000 lux. The built-in 2MP camera captures models in 24-bit color depth. A special facial mapping algorithm reproduces facial features with high fidelity.
Connectivity and Compatibility
The scanner connects to devices via WiFi 6 (WBF1 wireless bridge) or USB 3.0 Type-C. The 5000 mAh battery provides approximately 2.5 hours of operation between charges.
