Description
This aid is useful for working with children of all ages and with a variety of emotional disorders. It acts as a "scale" for measuring anger – each step is a different color, representing varying degrees of anger (from intense anger to calm and tranquility). The aid also comes with instructions describing a visualization and breathing exercise that the therapist performs with the child to help them manage their arousal. The product is made of varnished MDF board.
