Description
Universum is a collection of modular seating with geometric shapes and an elegant appearance, designed for modern educational facilities. It consists of elements that can be freely combined to create arrangements tailored to different spatial needs and room sizes. Simple forms combined with subdued colors support concentration and create a calm, friendly environment for meetings, learning, and relaxation. The collection offers modern solutions that respond to users’ needs, enabling the creation of comfortable spaces for work and rest.
Three versions of seating are available:
• with low backrests, perfect for office and school spaces such as a principal’s office.
• with high backrests, which can serve as partition walls, making it easier to create private spaces, while their acoustic properties ensure noise reduction.
• poufs, which are an ideal addition to armchairs and sofas.
Sofas and armchairs equipped with an electrical socket and induction charging are also available.
The seating is made of durable, easy-to-clean materials. Users can choose from three types of upholstery fabrics:
• Kidglove (KG) – a pleasant-to-touch, soft, eco-friendly fabric made of polyester (60% recycled), stain-resistant. The fabric has passed flammability tests BS 5852 source 0.
• Roccia (RO) – a quick-drying fabric made of 100% polyester, with abrasion resistance of 70,000 Martindale cycles. Ideal for elegant interiors. The fabric has passed flammability tests including EN 1021-1:2006, EN 1021-2:2006, BS 7176:2007 (Medium Hazard), DIN 4102-1 (B1).
• Meditap (MT) – an easy-to-clean, waterproof PES fabric with high weight (550 g/m²), resembling artificial leather, phthalate-free. The fabric has passed flammability tests including EN 1021-1:2006, EN 1021-2:2006.
